Insulated Sectional Door
Insulated sectional doors are extensively utilized in commercial as well as industrial facilities to serve as high performance access solutions provided to logistics and operational areas. The design of these doors is based on optimum thermal insulation, wind resistance, air tight sealing thereby maintaining the steady temperature of indoor areas thereby minimising energy consumption and improving the entire work process.
The door panels are made of multiple layers of steel sections, filled with high density, fluorine-free polyurethane foam, which provides both high levels of insulation and opens up the structural integrity of the panels. A precision balanced lift mechanism will allow the doors to open smoothly on vertical tracks while offering safe, stable and space-saving opening and closing.

Multiple security measures
• Bottom safety sensor: no longer require spiral wires, avoiding entanglement and accidental scratching of bottom sensor.
• Wire rope anti breakage device: When the wire rope breaks, the safety switch can automatically clamp on the track to prevent the door from falling.
• Semi enclosed track handguard design: handguard protection for greater safety, removeable track and secondary track for easy replacement, effectively reducing maintenance costs.
• Built in safety design of steel wire rope: The steel wire rope is placed on the inside of the track, which is not easy to touch and avoids accidental injury
