Cold Storage High Speed Rolling Shutter Door
The newly developed cold storage high-speed rolling door has a maximum opening and closing speed of 2.0m/s, suitable for cold storage passages above -18 ℃ that require frequent entry and exit.
The door adopts an elastic insulation curtain design, which has excellent insulation and sealing performance. When used in low-temperature environments, it can reduce energy loss, provide insulation, anti fog, and prevent air from condensing when exposed to cold.
Innovative soft bottom edge with anti-collision reset function can avoid safety accidents, greatly reduce damage to door curtains caused by accidental collisions, and lower maintenance costs.
Typical application industries: cold chain logistics, food central kitchens, pharmaceuticals, and other frozen and refrigerated access points.

Multiple security measures
• Bottom safety sensor: no longer require spiral wires, avoiding entanglement and accidental scratching of bottom sensor.
• Wire rope anti breakage device: When the wire rope breaks, the safety switch can automatically clamp on the track to prevent the door from falling.
• Semi enclosed track handguard design: handguard protection for greater safety, removeable track and secondary track for easy replacement, effectively reducing maintenance costs.
• Built in safety design of steel wire rope: The steel wire rope is placed on the inside of the track, which is not easy to touch and avoids accidental injury
