ELD Dock Leveler
The ELD dock leveler provides a safe, efficient, and effective way of handling the unloading process. The ELD dock leveler also makes it easier to load and unload items as it bridges the gap between the surface of the different transportation vehicles and the loading/unloading area. The ELD dock leveler creates a solid ramping area from the back of the truck to the loading area which helps to eliminate accidental damages to items being loaded and/or unloaded.
No bottom frame design, fixed support structure is used at the rear of the platform, fixed to the rear of the foundation pit with bolts, and there is no requirement for the bottom of the foundation pit.

• Bottom safety sensor: no longer require spiral wires, avoiding entanglement and accidental scratching of bottom sensor.
• Wire rope anti breakage device: When the wire rope breaks, the safety switch can automatically clamp on the track to prevent the door from falling.
• Semi enclosed track handguard design: handguard protection for greater safety, removeable track and secondary track for easy replacement, effectively reducing maintenance costs.
• Built in safety design of steel wire rope: The steel wire rope is placed on the inside of the track, which is not easy to touch and avoids accidental injury
