Insulated Swing Door
Insulated swing door adopts modular manufacturing process of polyurethane thermal insulation core material, which has the features of simple structure with high degree of standardization, smooth operation, long service life, good thermal insulation and heat preservation performance, and high security. It is used for daily passage of personnel and emergency escape.
Referring to the national standard of “17J610-1 Cold Storage Door” and the line standard of “SB/T10569-2010 Cold Storage Door”, it is produced and installed.
It adopts hinge opening system and self-locking device to achieve self-sealing effect.
Typical application industries: Applicable to assembled cold storage, civil cold storage, constant temperature storage and ultra-low temperature cold storage with temperature not lower than -60 °C for food, medicine, logistics and chemical industry.

All-round safety protection
• Emergency manual opening device: Internal door opening and unlocking device with eye-catching luminous marking.
• Door opening and closing warning light: The door opening status has a beeping warning light to remind the personnel to pay attention to the safety of the passage.
• Electrical safety: 1. The net gage has a self-limiting heating wire with a maximum limiting temperature of 65℃. Meet the requirements of GB/T19835. 2. The electric control box is equipped with leakage, overload, short circuit protection and thermostat protection.
