In the rapid development of cold chain logistics, energy consumption of up to 38% of the operating cost of cold storage has become a pain point in the industry. After field research on many cold storage facilities, we found that the energy loss mainly comes from three major "invisible loopholes": ① Long opening and closing times and low efficiency of the common cold storage door, which is the main source of energy loss; ② the gap between the loading and unloading platform and the pit, and the bottom of the platform, which is exposed to the outdoors, leads to the loss of energy; ③ the poor sealing of truck loading and unloading links produces cold and heat exchanges that can lead to energy leakage, which directly leads to increased costs.
